Understand the requirements
Review your activities, processes and evidence against the ISO standard and certification scope you have agreed.
Quality · Environment · Safety · Information security · Food safety
iCertify assesses management systems and can issue its own unaccredited certificates for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22000. We are developing an AI-supported, human-led approach to make evidence review and certification easier to navigate. Based in Queensland, serving Victoria and organisations across Australia. If your buyer requires an accredited certificate, check that requirement before you engage us.
How iCertify certification works and what unaccredited means ↗ · Our responsible AI approach ↗

A clear first step
Whether you are beginning a quality, environmental, safety, information security or food safety system, a scoped review shows what is in place, where the evidence is thin and what your team should tackle next.
Review your activities, processes and evidence against the ISO standard and certification scope you have agreed.
Identify strengths, gaps and the actions that deserve attention before a certification assessment.
Use an objective internal audit to check whether the system works in practice and actions are effective.
What we do
Explore support for ISO certification or bring us in for a defined gap assessment or internal audit. The scope is agreed around your organisation and audit timetable.
Assessment and certificate
Discuss an iCertify certificate for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO 22000. Our certificates are unaccredited; we explain the scope and accreditation status before you proceed.
Explore certificationBefore an external audit
Identify gaps in an ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001 system before a certification, surveillance or recertification audit.
Explore gap assessmentsObjective review
Get an evidence-based view of implementation across processes and sites, with clear findings your team can use to improve.
Explore internal auditsOur approach
The review starts with your business and intended scope. We agree the standard, assessment route and certificate type, then make the evidence and next actions clear.
Tell us the ISO standard, locations, current systems and the date you are aiming for.
Review processes, records and implementation evidence against the agreed criteria.
Test implementation and review the evidence against the agreed scope. iCertify may issue an unaccredited certificate following its assessment; ask us about the decision process.
Technology with accountability
We intend to use AI and emerging workflow technology to organise evidence, map it to the agreed standard, flag gaps and make progress easier to see. This approach is being developed; the tools and safeguards for each engagement will be agreed before client material is processed.
AI may assist with sorting or summarising records. A competent person will check the source evidence, investigate findings and make the certificate decision. An AI output alone will not establish conformity.
Before using AI with your records, we will explain the proposed tools and agree access, permitted use, retention and any third-party processing. We will seek explicit permission before any use of client material to train an AI model.
We intend to keep evidence references and a review trail for material findings, check AI outputs against their sources, and give clients a way to query or correct errors. We will disclose where AI materially supports the assessment.
Our intended controls draw on Australia’s AI Ethics Principles. We will not represent an AI-supported review as an accredited certification process.
Where we work
iCertify is part of the E‑Risk360 group and is based in Far North Queensland. We work with clients in Queensland and Victoria, and support organisations elsewhere in Australia. Reviews can combine remote preparation with on-site interviews and process sampling where the scope calls for it.
Audit readiness and internal audit support for organisations in Cairns, Townsville, Brisbane, regional Queensland and across multiple sites.
Remote and on-site reviews for Melbourne and regional Victorian teams, including management systems that span several locations.
National projects can be planned around your sites, people and audit timetable, with a clear scope for remote and in-person work.
iCertify is part of the E‑Risk360 group and is led by Craig D’Souza, a lead auditor with experience across ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. We identify the right expertise for each assessment, including information security or food safety specialists when needed. Our certification knowledge page explains the standards we work with and what our unaccredited certificates mean.
